Legislative Drafting

We have previously been retained to draft legislation to enable states to comply with their treaty obligations.  A noteworthy example is our work in drafting the 2016 Geographical Indications Bill for Belize. This bill enabled their compliance with the CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreement and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).
